Dana is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Fisher Lynch Capital. She rejoined FLC in 2024 after previously serving as the firm’s Director of Administration and Legal Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer from 2011-2014 and leads the firm’s legal and compliance functions as well as supports the firm’s operations functions. Dana also directly supports the firm’s Managing Partners.
Previously, Dana was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of OpenView Venture Partners. Earlier in her career, Dana was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of SV Health Investors and the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Athena Capital Advisors. She also previously served as the Director of Legal Affairs at MPM Capital. Earlier in her career, Dana was an associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP.
Dana earned a BA in History from The College of the Holy Cross and a JD from The University of Connecticut School of Law.
